the check-in took over two hours, while my 77-year-old mother was left waiting with no care at all. the room was absolutely dated, and I still can’t believe there was only one small bottle of water provided. I also expected a complimentary welcome gift, but it seems special treatment is reserved for others—how disappointing.

Not ideal for noise-sensitive folks
The breakfast buffet was very good, much better than I expected,, lots of options to fuel you for the day and we even had access to free activities like yoga, except no one knew about them until I stubbornly asked. Plus, the staff tried to help get the bus schedule right, that Deepak man really cared, made it easy to get around.
It was a bit pricey for what you get, although not awful, just felt like it needed more effort in service.
